Design Notes

The BpiI cuts two basepairs downstream from its regonition site and creates an sticky end with a four basepair overhang. In this design it will cut within the BioBrick scar formed by the assembly of the part with some other. This way we wanted to overcome the problem with the BioBrick system that a composite part can not be separated once assembled.
